My rear drum brakes are playing up now. When the hand brake is released it seems possibly the rear passenger wheel is getting stuck somehow.....Is there anything i should be checking.
When i press the accelerator slightly it moves into reverse as normal but seems to be sticking or something.
Where do i start? Is there anything i can check out and do at home....
My mechanic said i should bring the old ones in and he will fit some others. He runs them like an exchange thing or something. :(

Maybe you can check if the cables are running smoothly. Grease them a bit, you can grease the mechanism too I think. Don't spoil on the brake itself for it won't brake very well afterwards :)

Good luck.

Ps new ones are not a bad idea anyway.

Have cleaned up my rear brakes quite abit and found out fluid is leaking from the rear wheel cylinders and I most likely soon will need to get new rear shoes for my 19.
Will have to see and call a few places here in sydney and get some. The drivers wheel was a bit hard to get the drum casing off but i got there in the end.
