Renault 18

What does averyone think of the old Renault 18? I saw one for sale in Sydney but it seemed to be in poor shape(most likely cauyse 20 yrs old).
Were they a good car? Whats everyones opinion? I was told they have plenty of electric faults like the 21, 19, 25, 20...Am i wrong? Dhould they be steered clear of.

Renault 18 ??? I've never seen it... I even hadn't heard of it before !!!

The R18 is a prehistoric Renault, rare and rusty in our rainy and cold climate.
Electronic faults are common on every Renault, some of them are full of them, some of them (like mine) never had 'em

Anyhoo, it's a Renault and you're from Australia, so, I would suggest you to consider at least twice when you want to buy it. A few pennies more and you'll buy yourself something nicer and modern
