I have a Series 2 19. The brake pads and the discs have been replaced and im still seeing the flashing light on my dash. Does anyone know why, how to fix this?

There should be a wire connected to the brake pads. This is to warn you if the pads need to be replaced. Check if this wire is connected as it should. Also check if it ain't damaged and makes contact with the chassis wich would light up the dashboardlight.

if you need more details, just let me know

I have visually checked the cable and it looked ok and i have changed the pads and discs.
I might have to have a look at the cables again.

Rip the cable off the light and then it won't flash anymore

Offcourse the best way to find out where the probem is in the wiring, is using a multimeter. Proberly the wire is damaged somwhere (almost always near the break)You van replace the wires for sofar you can see them. (they are pink) Maybe this wil help.
