Hi Guys,
Im From Brazil, I have R19 16S 1994 -
I have 2 engine: one block F3R From Laguna 2.0 and headmotor from F19 16S.
Is it possible to build one engine out of both chunks (F7R)!?
How to?
How many HP is supposed to have?
Tks

nope...an F7P head will NOT fit an F3R Block...
but the 2 litre Crankshaft from the F3R WILL fit the F7P block...
only thing you have to do is to get rid off some material on the inside of the F7P block, to make way for the Conrods...
second thing you have to do is to get your hands on a set of 2 litre Williams (F7R) pistons...
now put it together, run it on the dyno, make a few minor adjustments to the engine management, and you have made yourself a 2 litre 16 valves 170 BHP engine...
easy isn't it
good luck...
(more easy by the way is buy a F7R block, then you don't have to do hard labour to get the job done

wow...I see you only have an F7P head?
stop your project and first find yourself a complete F7P engine...I guess you don't have to search a long time, because it's in your 19!!!
now pull out the engine, strip it, put the F3R Crankshaft in it, put in one piston and conrod, and see for yourself...it will NOT spin round...next step is to find yourself a tool to make the crank/conrod fit in the F7P block, and do so...
this will take several hours, i think it will take you 6-8 hours, AND a BIG chance to go through the thin wall...if this had happenend, go to the top of this page and start over...
once you've managed to fix the block so that the conrod can spin freely, you can assemble the engine, BUT: make sure the plastic thing in the oilpan is customized, otherwise one conrod will hit this every time while rotating...
Assemble the engine and put it in your car...
feel the power!!!
(but AGAIN: make your life a bit more easy and find yourself an F7R engine and install it...it's much cheaper and will take less time...)
If you don't believe me (what's possible
) first try to find F7R pistons...if you can manage that, you will be able to get a bit further...
but don't be angry if you F**k up your F7P block while making room for the conrods, because it will happen in "no-time"
good luck...

Right. I can try build this engine, change my piston.
The Fiat TIPO have piston 82.7mm, but the height is minor of F3R, its not beats in head piston.
