Wynns or Redex. It will also boost the octane rating, which is nice.
Try Wynns professional, common stuff for mechanics.
But I prefer to give them/it an ultrasonic bath, that will definitely clear it.
I can tell from my experience that you won't notice the difference.
I had a 6% improved output after a ultrasonic bath, after 11 years of use.

For a singlepoint injection system it's dead easy, but beware for the fuel pressure.
You need to take the fuel pump relay off the board and start the engine until it stalls.
Then you can safely remove the injector, but you can also just remove it and use a piece of cloth to "catch" the fuel (fuel in your eyes is very very painfull).
I did the last thing, cos mine didn't stall after 1 hour running without the relay

:-* Can a person with normal mechanical knowledge do this it sounds quite complex...? My uncle works on trucks and also changed my water pump on my car so you think he may be able to do this?
If you're not scared of the fuel, yes, even your grandma can do it.
The injector is mounted in the injectorhousing, underneath the airfilterbox.
Remove the airfilterbox and you'll find two Torx 20 screws, remove them and lift the injector out.
If there's pressure on the fuellines, fuel will be sprayed now, so be carefull it's flammable.
Make sure when you have it ultrasonic cleaned, you must get new O-rings cos you can't re-use the old ones.....

These o;rings can be bought from a normal mechanic that has renault parts. Are they expensive?
Just make sure that before you go, that the store can clean your injector, preferably on a Bosch unit. He will also give you new O-rings.
Just ask for information before you take the injector out.
