1991, origineel zonder poespas, GEEN ROEST op de bekende plekken!!
alleen wat oppervlakkig her en der. echt een barnfind dus! al een jaar geen APK. voor e300,00 kon ik dit schatje niet laten staan he
wel BENDIX erin die storing heeft, maar we weten nu hoe het aan te pakken.

even een update na drukte met werk (Belgie 2 dagen werk, vrijgezellenfeest etc). de massa van de fanmotor was niet goed, die gemaakt en hij draait. ook de stekker op het thermocontact bij de radiateur was slecht. deze eraf geknipt en een nieuwe gemaakt (tnx buurman).
nu nog checken hoe het met de thermostaat staat. eerst maar eens laten draaien en de slangen etc checken

verder wat gespoten: houder luchtfilter, houder fan, houder koelvloeistofbak en remmerij schoongemaakt en gespoten, en remschijven gemonteerd linksvoor
fotos volgen want krijg ze ineens niet in juiste formaat

de rembekr + HRC zit erin! was even lastig omdat de stang uit de rembekr te kort was (was van een clio 16v) maar handige buurman heeft de stang doorgezaagd en verlengd!
nu zit het pedaal mooi op de juiste plek:

ook achter de remmerij vernieuwd! links inmiddels ook
zsm koeling testen en remolie erop, en ja, wat gaan we dan doen

motor laten draaien en hij gaat als een zonnetje, zeer soepel zonder horten of inhouden. makkelijk naar de 7000 rpm
koelwater loopt ook, slangen worden warm dus thermostaat is goed. fan slaat niet aan, maar zelf de massa ergens aandoen en hij slaat wel aan. thermocontact radiateur dus.
verder de remmen afgemaakt, en gespoten onderdelen gemonteerd: houder koelvloeistof tankje, omhulsel fan en houder luchtfilter:

Lekker bezig! Heb je wel de juiste stuurhuushoes? Ik zie dat verbindingspijpje tussen de hoezen nog loshangen namelijk? Carterpan en peilstok heb ik denk ik nog voor je. Als je verder nog 19 16V delen zoekt moet je maar even PM'en

zijn bezig met de remmen (ABS eruit, andere hrc en rembekr erop) maar bij remmen rolt hij door, amper remkracht.... beter ontluchten, of andere hrc proberen? heb er nog 1 liggen. heb jij nog rembekr etc?

Heb je een 19 mm HRC of 20.6mm Staat een 19 iof 20 op de zijnkant. Met een 19mm HRC is het moeilijk om de boel hard te krijgen. Ik heb zelf namelijk een 19mm HRC gemononteerd bij de ombouw naar conventioneel. Je moet een 20.6mm hebben.

@ Jacques: zie fotos voor HRC. in de witte 16v is het niet te lezen, maar heb vermoeden dat dat een 19 is. de blauwe cabrio heeft er 20 op staan, en ook de HRC die ik nog heb liggen (dank aan Mark uit Riden ) staat 20 op:

Hopelijk is dit de oplossing. Ik had een 19mm HRC na de ombouw en dat remde gewoon waardeloos, ondanks dat de HRC ok was.
