I'll hope you'll achieve 350 bhp, but it will be hard..

I don't even know if it is possible, but then again, i don't know what you're exactly going to do with the engine.
I've read about a Williams here.. He also placed a turbo on his engine and he got 240 bhp out of that..

why have you put bits in the sump??

the bits in the sump are welded in alloy plates which stop the oil moving away from the the pick up pipe during hard cornering. its called a baffled sump. the group A rally cars used a baffled and windage trayed sump
