so no, the car could not ride on road. it's juste for track!

what says your legislation??? and the police???

in france, all modifications in the engine, gearbox, exaust, are forbiden.

you can modifie the car's body , but not the engine.

a sport exaust (like a REMUS or a DEVIL) must be homologated and you have to tell that you have one to your police insurance!!!

so me car couldn't ride here but in nederland???

Swap an Clio16S engine in a Renault 5 is no problem.

But, when want to put an V6 in a car which has a 4 cilinder engine, then it must be checked by an institute called RDW.

In the past it was very easy, for example, put a VR6 engine in a Volkswagen Golf MK2. The institute checks the car, when it's ok, you get new carpapers.

But i heard it is not that easy anymore...

But when we stay at 4 cilinders, we can do everything.

As you know there are a lot of Renault 5's in Holland with a 16S engine, and one has a RS enigine! Twingo's with a GT Turbo enigine.

i do not say they are stupid but when u are involved with a accidant and someone has some serieus injuries they will inspect the cars wo are involved and the will know the changes and you will be paying the rest of your live
my friend has a 5 with a clio rs engine with about 200 bhp and he is accepted by the rdw for about 500 euros
